responsible disposal of any old tiles and the old bathroom suite.

preparation work needed, e.g. plastering and new tiling, and any
building materials needed.
Installation of your new bathroom suite to your complete
satisfaction.
You can
either purchase your new bathroom suite and tiles yourself, or we'll
organise it for you.

suddenly getting freezing water pouring all over you!
